What is CrewField Contractor?
The field app for CrewField Property Solutions contractors, vendors, and technicians. Review and accept job offers, see your assigned work and today’s route, check in on site, complete checklists, upload before/after photos, submit work for quality review, and track pending and approved pay.
I can’t sign in
Sign in with the email and password for the account CrewField set up for you. Accounts are created by CrewField — there is no public sign-up. If your password does not work or your session expired, sign in again; if it still fails, contact CrewField to reset access.
I don’t see any jobs
Only offers sent to you and work assigned to you appear. An empty list means nothing is currently offered or assigned to your account.
Checking in and out
Open the job, tap Check in when you arrive. You can only have one open check-in per job. Submitting the job for QA checks you out automatically.
Photos
At least one before photo and one after photo are required before a job can be submitted. Use a steady connection when uploading; the app shows upload progress and will tell you if an upload fails so you can retry.
Quality review (QA) and pay
After you submit, the job shows as pending QA. Once CrewField approves it, the payout moves to Approved on the Pay screen. Jobs sent back for rework are not counted as approved.
Deleting your account
Contact CrewField using the request form below and ask for account deletion. See the privacy policy for what is deleted and what must be kept.
