CrewField Contractor privacy policy.

Who we are

This policy covers the CrewField Contractor app (Android app package com.crewfield.contractor and the web app at crewfield-contractor.lovable.app), operated by CrewField Property Solutions ("CrewField", "we"). The app is a work tool for contractors, vendors, technicians, and staff who perform property services for CrewField.

Account and login data

To sign in you use an email address and password. We store your email and the profile details your account contains, which can include your name, company name, phone number, job title, and your role (for example vendor, technician, or admin). Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to CrewField staff.

Field operations data

When you use the app we store the work you are offered and assigned: work orders, dispatch offers you accept or decline, property service addresses, checklist progress, completion notes, status updates, and check-in/check-out timestamps (time entries). This data is needed to dispatch, perform, verify, and pay for work.

Photos

You can take or choose before and after photos as proof of completed work. Photos are uploaded to private storage linked to the work order and are visible to you and authorized CrewField staff. The app only uses the camera when you choose to capture a photo.

Performance and earnings

The app shows and stores data derived from your work, such as completed job counts, on-time rate, quality-review results, offer acceptance rate, and payout amounts for jobs pending review and approved.

Location

Version 0.1.0 does not collect continuous or background location and does not request the device location permission. When you tap a directions link, the address is opened in Google Maps (or your browser) outside the app; Google’s own privacy policy applies there.

Service providers

We use Supabase to provide authentication, the database, and file storage for the app, and a hosting provider to serve the web app. These providers process data on our behalf. As with most online services, standard server, hosting, and security logs (such as IP address, device/browser type, and request times) may be recorded to operate and protect the service.

How we use data

We use data only to run CrewField operations: assigning and tracking work, verifying quality, calculating payouts, supporting you, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising. The app contains no ads.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access is restricted by account role so contractors see only the work assigned or offered to them.

Retention

Work records, photos, and time entries are kept as long as needed for operations, payment, quality, and legal/record-keeping obligations.

Account deletion and your requests

You can ask us to delete your account or to access or correct your data by contacting CrewField through the published website support page. We will verify the request comes from the account owner, delete or anonymize your account and profile data, and retain only records we are legally or contractually required to keep (for example payment records for completed work).

Children

The app is intended for adult working professionals and is not directed at children.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date if our practices change.
